Four Mile Hill Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay Your Bill Online

For your convenience, we accept checks, master card, visa or discover cards. To use our online pay system, simply click the GREEN 'Pay Your Bill Now' button to the right. There is a convenience fee for all Credit/Debit card transactions. 

Pay Your Bill  By Phone

When paying your bill by phone we can not use a check. We accept master card, visa and discover cards. Call 1-855-4TELPAY (1-855-483-5729). There is a Convenience Fee for all Credit/Debit Card transactions. 

 Pay Your Bill By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment bill stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Pay Your Bill By Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply visit our office and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form, along with a voided check. If ACH is established before the 8th of the month, the ACH service will begin with that month.

Pay Your Bill At Our Office Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office, our Drive-Thru Service or our Night Drop Box located at 167 Panther Creek Road Searcy AR 72143. We accept cash, check, money orders, master card, visa, or discover cards. There is a convenience fee for all Credit/Debit card transactions. To avoid longer wait times while utilizing our Drive-Thru Service - You MUST have your water bill !! Please note that from the 1rst through the 10th, Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Pay Your Bill Through Your Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
