Welcome to the Four Mile Hill Water Association Community. Please visit our office at 167 Panther Creek Road Searcy AR 72143 to sign a Water User's Agreement to apply for service . A deposit and application must be paid prior to the starting of your water service. You will also need to bring in you ID as well as your lease if renting and if purchasing a new home we will need either closing papers or Deed. We look forward to serving your water needs.
